When you take a step back, and objectively look at animals, you realize everything is REALLY FUCKING WEIRD.
Walruses? Aye-ayes? Squid? Praying mantises? Ant eaters? Musk ox? Sage Grouse? Mola molas? WTF?

Don't forget the Narwhal, Hagfish, Tarsier, Blobfish, Dumbo Octopus, Octomom, and my new favorite: Axolotl. I think the ayes have it.
Let's not forget the old standbys:
Starfish, Sea Horse, Jellyfish, Platypus (pl. platypodes), Unicorn, Zeass, and the master camouflager: Phasmatodea.
How about the Giraffe,
the Rays: Manta, Stevie, Devil, Johnny, Martha, the Horseshoe Crab - not really a crab but photogenic from either top or bottom,
Elephant, Tube Nosed Fruit Bat ?
Where would one find Neti Pots for the last two, the Anteater, Platypus, etc. ?
Hammerhead Shark
the positioning of their eyes allows for 360 degree vision
The Maori have a Hammerhead Shark icon - Mangopare which they use in their art, for decorating, but mostly in their tattoos.
It represents strength and tenacity.
It also may represent agility, knowledge, protection, etc
